Senior Strength is a program designed for active older adults to improve flexibility, range of motion, stability, strength and improve everyday living activities. Senior Strength will include small group training designed to provide an effective way of exercising for those women over 60. Senior Strong will incorporate all levels of fitness ability and age appropriate workouts. Once enrolled in Senior Strength personal training/nutrition program, Brandy will assess each individual's weaknesses and apply corrective training strategies that have been developed into a program that will assist you in increasing your strength, stability and nutritional health. Fusion will provide the results you have always wanted and not only will you walk away a different person with your new fitness, but you will forever use the skills and knowledge gained throughout this program.
