I have a B.S in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer and specialize in Weight Loss, Corrective Exercise, Fitness Nutrition & Women's Fitness.
It is my mission to motivate and provide the best nutritional guidance and training models to bring each woman to her optimal goal. Research suggests that musculoskeletal pain is more common now that it was 40 years ago. This lends support to the concept that decreased activity may lead to muscular dysfunction and , ultimately, injury. This system of training uses corrective exercise strategies to help improve muscle imbalances and movement efficiency to decrease the risk of injury.
